School work at home for Ms. Byrne 2nd Class
11th-15th January 2021
Charleville CBS Primary
Hello Boys, welcome back!
I hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year and that you had enjoyed spending time with your family. I am so sad that I won’t be able to see you face to face over the next few weeks. But I know you will keep up all the hard work at home and continue to progress to the best of your ability.   Below I have the work for this week written out. I have the days written out to break down what I would like you to get done daily. I will try to record on Seesaw the information and reading from the Small World activities to read what you have to do  so you can do it by yourself.
Try and organize your day like the school day. Find a place in the house to do your work with as little distraction as possible. Start in the morning as close to 9 o’ clock (like a school day) and take your break after English and Irish. Then do Maths and another subject.
After lunch try 2 other subjects. Try and get some exercise in daily as it is so important to keep our minds and bodies healthy.   Please send pictures of your work to me on Seesaw so I can track how you are getting on. I will be online from 9 until 2.30 daily so feel free to contact me if you have any questions.   As you know, all I want is for you to try your best. Some of you might find this very hard and some might find it very easy.
I will use seesaw to record what the reading for this week and I would love if you could send recordings of your reading to me so I can hear you put in the expression, full stops and make sure you are not reading like robots! 😊   Don’t forget, if you want some more practice, log into www.studyladder.com .
